| Welcome. The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) is an interdisciplinary nonprofit organization for professionals in the human factors field. HFES encourages education and training for those entering the human factors profession and those already working in the field.
The society has numerous publications, they include: Human Factors journal, Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Bulletin, Ergonomics in Design magazine, and the yearly Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Directors and Yearbook.
